We “Leonids & Co. (Myanmar) Ltd” is one of the more comprehensive Seafarer Recruitments & Placements Services by providing competent Seafarer both Deck & Engine Officers and Crews to vessels Owner. We committed to shape the global maritime. Every time we are looking for to develop new opportunities and collaboration with our colleagues to take innovation, sustainability and unparalleled customers experiences one step further.

We had been founded in 2012 as “Leonids & Co.(Myanmar) Ltd”. Ex- Asian A&S Marine officially signed with our Messrs. SUGAHARA KISEN CO., LTD (JAPAN) and then we started register and worked at S.E.C.D (Seafarer Employment Control Division) now S.D (Seafarer Department) which is one of the departments of under control of Ministry of Transport to provide Ship Owners and the management companies with the best services specially to provide competent seaman to vessels owners. Our Quality Management System, having been assessed for registration of the Society’s Rule and found to be in compliance with above mentioned standards, has been entered in NIPPON KAIJI KYOKAI (ClassNK) ISO 9001:2015 on 19th June,2014.

We know well, our customers (vessel owner) ‘s requirement which they need to provide and supply how should we fulfil for their satisfactions by providing with competent seafarers.

We have a very good relationship between with authorities’ concern especially (Department of Marine Administration) and SD (Seafarer Department) etc.
